Returns & refunds

Most Stria Studio pieces are made to order or finished in small batches. This policy is designed around that process while ensuring that damaged, defective or incorrect items are put right.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation or order change within 24 hours of purchase by emailing striastudioin@gmail.com. After that window, production may have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product, outer shipping box, internal packaging and shipping label.

An unboxing video is helpful when available, but we will not automatically reject a genuine claim solely because a video is unavailable. After assessment, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Change of mind

Because pieces are made to order or held in very small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrect colour choice or a failure to review the listed dimensions. This does not apply when an item is damaged, defective or different from what was ordered.

Colour and finish

Screen settings and the layered making process can create small differences in colour or surface texture. These are normal characteristics of the process, not defects, unless they materially affect the product or differ from the listing.
