Returns & Refunds

At Stria Studio, every piece is 3D printed to order with meticulous care and attention to detail. Because we do not hold mass inventory and each item is crafted specifically for you, our return policy is tailored to this bespoke process.

Cancellations We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at striastudioin@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once 24 hours have passed, your item goes into production and the order cannot be canceled.

Damages and Issues We package our lamps securely to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right immediately.

To process a replacement or refund for a damaged item: 

1. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 
2. Please include an unboxing video and clear photographs showing the damage and the original packaging. (Note: We cannot process damage claims without an unboxing video).
3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be crafted and shipped to you as quickly as possible, or issue a refund.

Change of Mind Because of our sustainable, made-to-order manufacturing process, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "change of mind," sizing issues, or incorrect color selection. We highly recommend reviewing the dimensions and specifications on the product page carefully before completing your purchase.
